20-20-20: A class with it all! 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of
stretching & 20 minutes of strengthening.

Aerobics: This program focuses on
improving cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular conditioning and flexibility.
It involves low impact exercise that will provide a fun and friendly
environment

Morning Mix This program is designed for those who find our Aerobic Classes too
strenuous. The focus will be on cardio-vascular improvement, flexibility &
muscle conditioning. Have fun & get fit! Monday- 10:15 and

Muscle Conditioning: This
class will instruct participants on safe and effective strength techniques,
while using resistance to develop and maintain muscular strength and endurance.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise
Program: (Formally PACE) Friday’s class
is taught by Monica Erb Meyer. Tuesday’s
class is for beginners. This program provides individuals with stretching &
strengthening exercise from head to toe! Fee:
$12 for people over 62, $20 for guests & those under 62: Tuesday @ 12:30 & Friday @ 12:30 $6.00 for recommended
exercise book
Yoga: This program teaches
principles of basic yoga postures that will stretch & strengthen your body
while relaxing your mind. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday -

Qi Gong: Learn what Qi Gong; an ancient oriental fitness program can do for you!

Water Exercise Classes: 45 minute water exercise class that takes

sponsored by Milwaukee County Department of Aging Register for a free Diner’s
Card. Reservations for the meal is needed 24 hour in
advance. You must be 60 years of age or older. We ask for a $2.00 contribution.

Section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel & Wauwatosa News Times. We serve promptly at 11:30am.

Corner: We will cover a variety
of crafts from silk dyeing to glass/tile painting. Costs will depend on the

Travel Club:
This discussion group will travel through the
eyes of experienced travelers. Day Trips & tours are being planned as well as discussions on foreign
